We are committed to advancing paid family leave through the Family Care Act here in PA. This proposed legislation would help provide paid leave for maternal/bonding care, medical needs, and time off to recover from acts of violence—including domestic violence.

We’re excited to launch a new advocacy group focused on getting this legislation passed—no previous experience needed, just a shared commitment to community-driven change! ➡️ We will provide accessible resources, easy action steps, and meaningful ways to make a difference. Together, we can make this legislation a reality that can potentially address economic disparities faced by so many, especially women. 💪
