Women in Chester County Blueprint Zoom Lunch Series: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month Through Dimensions of Diversity

The Fund for Women and Girls is partnering with the Chester County Women’s Commission to highlight challenges and opportunities for women and girls from the past, present, and future in an engaging monthly “Women in Chester County” Blueprint Lunch Program series that you can enjoy while you have lunch at your desk. Gather some colleagues, watch together, and discuss what you can do to support the advancement of women and girls in Chester County. 

 We’ll highlight the current trends and challenges faced by girls and young women in Chester County and The Fund’s Blueprint Report, a deep dive research report on the state of women and girls in Chester County, which can be found here: www.thefundcc.org/research.  

Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month through Dimensions of Diversity, with guest speaker Guillermina Rios! As Director of Childcare/Camp Administration for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine, Guillermina is responsible for diversity, equity, and inclusion training for all eight branches of the Greater Brandywine YMCA association and will walk us through an activity designed to help us better understand the intricacies of identity, and how it impacts ourselves and others.
