Nominations Open for Kitchen Table Award:

Presented by the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls

WEST CHESTER, PA (2016) The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls (CCFWG) is now accepting nominations for the 2017 Kitchen Table Award. CCFWG established the Kitchen Table Award in 2011 to honor a Chester County woman who represents the mission and values of CCFWG. Its recipient is an “outstanding Chester County woman who has made substantive contributions through service and/or philanthropy to improve the lives of women and girls through her own time, or talents, or resources.” The award is named to celebrate the genesis of CCFWG: the many conversations held around kitchen tables, board tables, and coffee tables that led to the formation of the organization in 1996. Nominations are open to the public.

The Kitchen Table Award Nominee is announced prior to and recognized during CCFWG’s annual Making a Difference Luncheon each year. This year the 12th Annual Luncheon will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center located in Malvern, PA. Funds raised at the Making a Difference Luncheon support CCFWG’s philanthropic, educational, and advocacy programs that ensure women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive.
All nominations must be received by Thursday, December 22nd. To learn more about the award and to download the nomination form, visit: http://ccfwg.org/luncheon/
